Thank you for choosing Lux Strands. We take great pride in the quality, hygiene, and exclusivity of our luxury hair products. Because of the intimate nature of hair extensions and custom merchandise, all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final
Due to health regulations and the custom nature of our products:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

This policy applies to all hair extensions, wigs, hair care products, accessories, and gift cards.
Exchange Eligibility
We only accept an exchange if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, including security seals and tags.

The item has not been worn, installed, brushed, dyed, washed, or altered in any way.

You contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [support email], with your order number and photo or video proof of the issue.

The exchange is due to one of the following:

You received the wrong item, length, or color

The product arrived damaged or defective

A verified packing or fulfillment error on our end

Items Not Eligible for Exchange
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on:

Opened or used hair products

Products with broken seals or removed tags
-
Custom-colored, custom-made, or final sale items

Items returned without prior approval
How to Request an Exchange

Email info@luxstrands.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

If your request is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization and return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our end.
Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless required by law.
Approved exchanges will be issued as either:

Store credit, or
-
A replacement of the original item ordered
Order Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders immediately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted.
